All of our products are digital and delivered via email — which means no physical item will be shipped to you.

Once your payment has been processed, your files will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.

Please double-check that your email is entered correctly to avoid any delays in receiving your downloads.

You’ll receive:

• A link to download your file(s)
• Access to your purchases instantly, so you can start creating right away

Returns & Refunds

Because all products in this shop are digital, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Once a digital file has been sent, it can't be returned in the way a physical item can — which is why this policy is necessary.

That said, your experience means everything to me — so if you have any issues downloading or opening your files, or if something doesn't seem right, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’ll always do my best to make it right!
